NINJA ZONE
The NinjaZone is an all new discipline inspired from Obstacle Course Training, Gymnastics, Street Dance, & Martial Arts. Ninja Zone T-shirt and headband are required to participate.

AERIALS, TUCKS & MORE
Must have round off multiple backhandsprings to be placed in this class. Class will be instructed on standing tucks, multiple backhandspring to tucks, round off handspring tucks, side aerials and more.

CO-ED STUNT

FLYER TECHNIQUE
This class focuses on flexibility and balance.

HIP HOP
This high-energy class infuses the latest styles of street dance, breaking, popping and locking. Classes will encourage students to express their personality through hip hop based music and urban movement. Hip hop dance helps the overall strength training and stamina of athletes through fast paced movement conditioning the upper and lower body.

JAZZ FUNK
Jazz Funk is a popular dance style that merges together the styles of sassy funk of Hip Hop with the technical side of Jazz. Students will learn the fundamentals and basics of each style such as isolations and flexibility. This class will encourage students to dance outside of the box and display different dance characters in one dance piece.

DANCE GYM
Dance Gym is a fun class designed to introduce students to the basics of jazz, hip hop and basic tumbling skills. Learning the basics of dance and tumbling helps the athletes sense of rhythm, flexibility and overall coordination.

TUMBLING 101
Beginner tumbling class. Students will learn to control body positions and the basic tumbling skills ex: handstand, forward/backward rolls, bridges and perfecting Round offs.

WALKOVERS
This class will consist of a variety of drills, progressions, and strength training to achieve the back and front walkover. Must have completed the Basics class to advance into this class.

HANDSPRINGS 101
Introductory handspring class. This class focuses on accomplising a standing back handspring and the beginning stages of a round off back handspring.

ADVANCED HANDSPRINGS
Advanced Backhandspring class. Must have completed Backhandspring 101 class to be placed in this class. This class focuses on mastering multiple handsprings in a row.

LAYOUTS & TWISTS
Must have round off handspring tuck to be placed in this class. Class will be instructed on standing tucks, multiple backhandspring to layout, round off handspring layouts, twisting, specialty passes that conclude with a layout and twist.

JUMP/FLEX
Focus will be on flexibility, technique, drills & plyometrics to develop higher and more precise jumps.
