This class is designed to develop your Child’s physical and social abilities through body movement and group participation. A bi-weekly focus on specific tumbling skills will help your child gain strength and knowledge of proper tumbling progressions. Must be potty trained and able to participate on their own.
This class is designed to develop your Child’s physical and social abilities through body movement and group participation. A larger focus of skill and strength development as well as balance using small scale equipment , trampolines and fun drills and games. A Bi-weekly focus on specific tumbling skills will help further knowledge of proper tumbling progressions. No prerequisite
This class will focus on beginner tumbling skills. Super Rollers will learn cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, front and back walkovers, and the drills and beginning techniques of back handsprings.
Dance Gym is a fun class designed to introduce students to the basics of jazz, hip hop and basic tumbling skills. Learning the basics of dance and tumbling helps the athletes sense of rhythm, flexibility and overall coordination.
Coming This Fall!
Ages 2 & 3. In this class these little ones will learn the fundamentals of tumbling and cheer while developing both physical and mental skills. They will also quickly discover how to use their motor skills in a fun & safe environment!
Our Ninja training program will combine military style obstacle courses to develop strength and speed, gymnastics tumbling, and ‘ninja’ style moves just like what you would see in a video game or in the movies! Ninja Zone T-shirt and headband are required to participate.
Preschool cheer. Kids ages 3-5 learn the basics of cheer in a fun environment.
