Each child is required to pay the membership fee annually. This is due the first time you sign up for a class & will be assessed on your anniversary date each year. $35 or $45 per family.
Tuition is charged on the 1st of each month and is based on flat monthly rates. Your statement will be emailed to you on the 1st of each month. All customers will be automatically enrolled into the next monthly session and charged the monthly fee unless you: 1. Notify our business office by the last day of the preceding month 2. Notification must be given to our business office by calling 330-633-3160 or stopping by the front desk. Failure to pay by the third class of the month will result in removal of your child from class. There is a $30 charge for any checks returned to the bank.
All customers are required to have a credit or debit card on file with WE for automatic, recurring monthly payments. If you choose to pay by cash/check, it must be received and posted by our business office by the 5th of the month.
A 15% discount will be automatically applied to your bill.
Actively enrolled students who miss a class due to illness, holiday, emergency or snow day may make up in any class of the same level that has openings within 30 days of the missed class. There will be no make ups for months that have 5 weeks. To schedule a make up, please call our business office at 330-633-3160 or stop by the front desk. In the event that it is not possible to schedule a make up class, we will happily provide an alternative option (based on teacher recommendation) or offer an Open Gym Pass.
Gymnastics & Trampoline: Leotards for girls; Athletic Shorts, & T-shirt & shorts for boys. NO SHOES. Cheer & Tumbling: T-shirt, Shorts, & Light Weight Shoes All Classes: Hair pulled back. NO Jewelry.
Any emergency closings for World Elite Kids will be notified through our website, Facebook page and mobile app (World Elite Kids). In order to receive closing alerts through our mobile app, push notifications must be enabled. Please note that we are not tied with any local school closings.
