Class focuses on the foundation of jumps: approach, strength, height, and landings. Lower body flexibility is a focus, mobility, and strength is a focus.
Flyer/Flex Class: Age 6 to 18

Flyer Flex: Ages 6+
Class will focus s on foundational upper and lower body flexibility, mobility, strength and body control to support confident in-air body positions and technique.
Group Stunt Class: Age 6 to 18

Group Stunt: Ages 6+
Group Stunting Class – All stunt positions: Base, backer & flyer. Groups will be formed from the enrolled students.
