FAQ's

  • No long-term commitment required.
  • Classes are month-to-month.
  • Pay for the entire month when you enroll, regardless of attendance.
  • Fees are prorated if you join mid-month.
  • No refunds once enrolled.
Our class drop policy is as follows:
  • A student can unenroll from a class at any time during the month.
  • Need to unenroll?  Submit a Class Drop request by the last day of the month to AVOID being charged for next month's tuition. No verbal drops will be accepted.
  • If dropping mid-month, please note that any unused class tuition for the current month is non-refundable. Unused class tuition will be left on account as a credit to be used in the future. No Refunds
  • Class Drop Request must be received by the last day of the month to avoid a $12 administrative fee.
  • If the Class Drop Request is time stamped after the end of month, you will incur charges.
  • The Class Drop Request can be found in your account portal n the World Elite Kids.

Yes, there is an annual membership fee of $45 per family.

  • A valid credit card is required to be on file.
  • Any payment method can be used if paying by the 5th of the month. 
  • Remaining balances as of the 6th will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
  • Yes! For each additional class your child enrolls in after the first, we provide a 10% discount.
  • Yes! For each additional child you enroll after the first, you'll receive a 10% discount.
  • Being on the waitlist means the class you’re interested in is currently full. 
  • The waitlist is monitored daily and we aim to get you enrolled as soon as a spot opens up.
  • Our Customer Care team will contact you as soon as a spot becomes available. 
  • All classes meet once a week. 
  • We strongly encourage you to sign up for at least twice per week. 
  • Students progress much faster taking more than 1 class per week and we give you a discount too!
  • Gymnastics:  Leotard or t-shirt and tight fitting shorts. Hair should be pulled back into a ponytail if possible. NO jewelry.
  • Tumbling: T-shirt and shorts
  • NinjaZone classes: Ages 3 and up will receive a Ninja t-shirt upon enrollment (charged to account) to wear to class. 
  • Active students who miss a class due to illness, emergency, or a snow day can make up one (1) class within 30 days in any class of the same level with available spots.
  • No makeup class for months with 5 weeks. 
  • Missed makeup classes cannot be rescheduled.  
  • If your class falls on a pre scheduled holiday closure, you will be eligible for a make-up class.  Refer to our Campus Closings Calendar

Each class has a list of skills/progressions that your child will work on in class. Upon receiving a skill you will receive an email updating you of your child’s progress!

  • If it is determined that classes need to be cancelled or adjusted due to inclement weather, we will notify families by:
    1. Email notification
    2. Social Media:  FB, Instagram, WEK App
  • Decisions will be announced by:
    1. 8:30am for morning & daytime offerings
    2. 2:30pm for afterschool & evening offerings
